BLOCK = allow users to block accounts so they are unable to follow you or add you to lists and you will not see them
add a photo that is professional or an image the represents your interests.
Add a banner image that is visually pleasing or represents your interests
recommend your first name and last initial
160 character bio- quick and professional intro
visual content is x40 times more likely to be viewed
